I am learning now.
I wanna know the grammar.
Question.
6-4
1.Four from six equals two.
2.Four from six is equal to two.
Grammar is correct or wrong???
Thank you.
ok + stands for plus
- stands for minus
x stands for times or multiplied by
÷ stands for divided by
so number 1. six minus four equals two (6-4=2)
and number 2 would be the same thing number one is right!
i hope this helped you!
Six minus four equals two.
However, both of yours are technically correct. They just aren't the commonplace way of speaking.
In the UK you would say either:
six minus four equals two
or
six take away four equals two.
Not sure how Americans would say it.
Six take four equals two?
Both 1 & 2 are correct, either way you say it.
