Even internet dating doesn’t work for me?
I’m a decent looking, mature 21 year old guy. I have a good job, I’m sorta funny but shy. I’ve tried everything in real life from activity clubs to going to bars and that didn’t even help me meet any girls, so I resorted to internet dating as a last resort. I’ve not had one date and or any interest from girls at all on sites, even tinder doesn’t work. What do I do now? Give up?

Invest in yourself more.
Your neediness and desperation are turning girls away from you.
Only people who are whole and complete can attract relationships that will WORK.
The emphasis is on relationships that work, that grow and develop into lasting nurturing companionship ... it does not one any good to become involved with someone else before they are whole and complete, because then they end up either breaking up or sticking it out but being miserable. Heartbroken or bitter.
Don't give up.
Postpone.
Take about 5 years of inner self-work.
Get some therapy (cognitive therapy is especially effective, and gives your emotional skills for life)
OR
Take up Vipassana/Mindfulness meditation (for at least a year)
OR
Read books by Eckhart Tolle.
We never end up happier in a relationship than we were when we were previously single.
So if you are not NOW happy, then you need to fix that BEFORE you go looking for a girl. Unless you want to be one of the 87.5% of people who either never find love OR never are HAPPY with a lasting love.
You realize you have to actually ask a girl on a date, to get a date, right? Most women aren't going to ask the guy out.

One of my son is using it for 5 yrs and he never had any response [ and like you he as good job ;also he is the owner of a beautiful house in the country ; and he is a very decent man
Its like you had so much time to be single and you have to tough it out
But do not give up
Often charity works help to meet new people who can help you to me other girl
Stay out there and all of a sudden you will meet someone
