put out means to give up her body to the person trying to seduce her (basically a euphemism for having sex, but it comes from a sexist view where women must protect their sexual innocence against the depravity of sex-hungry men).
So, Juanita will be totally absorbed by her show until the situation is resolved by the virgin accepting the seduction of the evil desparado. While so absorbed, she will not notice anything else, including the departure of the writer.
Should there be a comma or semi-colin?
If Juanita is a dog, then lit outside or something:p
Until she stops?
Other than that I don't know.
That's an odd place to put 'put out'.
in that context, 'puts out' seems to mean 'gets bored' or 'loses interest'. So the last sentence will be in other words, "So until she gets bored of the soap opera, Juanita won't even know that I'm gone."
