I'm presuming ... even though you didn't ask ... that you want to know how to get the "ink remaining" in your cartridges to show again.
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind. Oops! Please forgive me. I got carried away there.
You need to buy a new cartridge from the manufacturer of your printer.
I've a strong suspicion that you have either bought a remanufactured cartridge or had one refilled. Unfortunately, some printer manufacturers now include 'chips' on their ink cartridges that measure when cartridges are empty. Even refilling them will not reset the cartridge. In fact, there are very few ink cartridge chips that can be reset.
