I completely agree with the comment. Even though it was “off the record” I applaud Obama for saying it. It is the absurd bias shown by ABC that I find wrong. Why apologize?

There's a simple solution for President Obama and any other person in public office. Don't say anything in front of a reporter that you don't want to appear in the news.
i have no idea, it probably has to do with the twitter thing. i am sure there have been several "off the record" comments published that Obama has made before. Also usually the reporting states the comment was made off the record, this time it did not.
That's because abc is kissing obama's a** to stay on his good side.
