Don’t you miss the days where EAST and WEST were on top?
The West came out strong in the 90’s and pretty much ruled the first half of the 90’s, but the EAST still shared a lot of the glory during that time. And it’s not just a coincidence that Rap was much better during that time. Isn’t the South sort of like the “monkey in the middle” meaning it’s annoying as hell, and just taking up space in the Hip Hop world, with their dumbed down crap?
And please don't give me the song and dance about how every region has their share of whack rappers. True, but every other region manages to contain it or limit it, unlike the South who puts out one dumb track after another and another and another and another.

The South contributes just the same in the music world as both East and West.
Or do I need to remind you that if it wasnt for this so called "EAST" and "WEST" coast music 2 great rappers would be alive now.
Both regions have contribute ALOT to the music world and I'm not going to direspect them on that aspect but it would be silly to say that they're music should stay on top forever because if that's the case we wouldnt be introduced to new styles of music.
