Hmmm....my opinion on this is that God created the world and that the world has weather. He doesn't control each individual raindrop, although He could...He just doesn't work that way.
They're called natural disasters because that's what we chose to call them. No biggie. We call them acts of God too, but that doesn't make them so.
God created nature and fine tuned the earth to work in certain ways (jet streams, ocean currents, etc.) However, sometimes something disrupts the smooth working system, either caused by us removing trees, pollution, etc; or simply a natural phenomenon that makes a chain reaction and causes the elements of the earth to clash - resulting in earthquakes (caused by the plates under the earth to grind), hurricanes (intense low pressure caused over warm ocean water), volcanic eruptions (caused by a mixture of built up pressure underground and the spinning of the earth) and so on and so forth.

What part of "natural" are you having a hard time with?
If there was evidence any supposed "god" had anything to do with them, they'd be supernatural disasters, not natural ones.
Peace.
No,its the earth geological meteorological patterns. They are considered as disasters when people are compacted by its effects.
