Does Toys"Я"Us insure their packages?

I just received an order from Toys"Я"Us that included only one of the two items included on the shipping notice. I've contacted them via their 800 number regarding the issue and have been advised that they will look into and get back with me within 24- 48 hours. Will I be held accountable for the item? Or will Toys"Я"Us ship me out a new item? Please help as this has never happened to me before and the item was quite pricey.
