Went to the ER last night because all weekend long I have had excessive pain/presser in my very lower virginal area. A blood test and a urine test both said I was pregnant. I was told I would never get pregnant on my own without the help of medication so I’m still in shock. They did a ultra sound but couldn’t find a sack as they said, and my levels of something was at 125 can’t remember what it was. With the cramping with NO bleeding what so ever does this mean I’m headed to a miscarriage? He said to go to my OBGYN in a few days to make sure the numbers are doubling. They also couldn’t tell me how far a long I was my last period was June 18 but they are so sporadic there’s no telling when I ovulated.

Without the blood, there is no way to be sure that you will miscarry-on contrary, you could be heading toward perfectly normal pregnancy. On the other hand, normal development of your pregnancy is connected with normal development of beta HCG (that number they told you-basically, it's pregnancy hormone, which steadily rises during first trimester), and of course, locating gestational sac, with live embrio inside it.
Cramping itself is perfectly normal at the beginning of pregnancy, with your body geting used to the "situation" and to the hormonal change.
Good luck!
There really is no way of knowing at this point, especially since you don't know when you may have conceived. But there is certainly plenty of hope!
Cramping is common in early pregnancy. It is caused by the uterus stretching to prepare itself to make room for a baby.
Your hCG levels (that's the important hormone they will have measured) may indicate that it's very early, probably less than 5 weeks (3 weeks since conception) along. That would also be too early to see anything on an ultrasound. I have to be honest though: if you are in fact further along, 6 weeks (4 weeks since conception) or more, both these hCG levels and the absence of anything on the ultrasound would be bad news. So it depends on when you conceived.
So it's basically 50-50 right now. If your hCG levels do turn out to be doubling every 2-3 days that would be VERY good news, that would make a miscarriage at this point very unlikely.
if its too early then they wont be able to see the sac via ultrasound yet. congratulations on your pregnancy! i wish the very best for you =) do not worry about a miscarriage unless you have any sort of bleeding. but even some spotting doesnt necessarily mean you are having a miscarriage as the cervix can become irritated during pregnancy and bleed a bit after sex.
No, bleeding throughout being pregnant does no longer consistently point out that whatever is flawed. What used to be the bleeding like? Was it recognizing or very similar to a interval float? Was it brown or like purple? Brown or gentle purple discharge throughout being pregnant is traditionally k. However, if the blood used to be brilliant crimson, you must pass to the ER. You is also having a miscarriage or every other trouble.
