The chances of them actually hiring you are close to zero. However, your knowledge of AutoCAD will help you to learn other programs quickly. Architecture is quickly changing in terms of technology, and the programs you are using now will be changed or outdated in a couple years.
To be an actual architect, you need a B.Arch or a M.Arch I degree (5-8 years).
To work in a firm doing the work you described, you usually need a B.A. in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. (4 years) Or rarely an A.A. (Associates in Architecture, 2 years.)
No, of course, they won't allow you.
First of all, architects is not a job like being administrator in a cyber cafe. Even if it were, you're under 16.
Second, people who will live or work in the building you're seeking to work on may not trust you - a teenager.
And main of all, have you ever seen what tools and devices are used in architects? Once when I was helping my cousin who is an architecturer, I happened to learn a lot of programs like AutoCAD, 3ds max and all the other routines in architects. So he knew tens of such programs which one of them comes out six months to learn and a few years to be experienced with.
So, do not hope.
yeah, because they'd love to pay a teenager with no experience to go round making structural designs for houses!
It depends on your local child labour laws.
