It's lung tissue.
What are the white spaces? Is that the alveoli?
And the purple lines with pink in them, is that blood capillaries?
Is there anything else I could label on there???

i think the white empty spaces are developing alveoli surrounded by (the purple lines) smooth muscle. if the white gaps are big then they would be bronchi...i guess. the red lines are prolly the capilaries.
