Does it piss you off when workers don’t check the back for availability?
I called Panera less than an hour ago and they said they had a soup I asked for. My dad went there just now and they said they don’t have it (they didn’t check) and my dad refuses to ask them to actually check (I was on the phone with him).

On my job many times we know what we have without having to check, we only check if we are not 100% sure. I just checked for another customer and we didn't have any so why check again? We can easily sell out of something in an hour and if I just sold the last of something I know we don't have any more.
They had it went you called. They sold out before you arrived.
They do have it and they just want to not sell anything and go out of business.
