Does Ash ever use his old Pokémon again?
I know he's used Bulbasaur for a while in Seasons 7, Advanced Challange, when May caught one for herself. But he had to return it to Professor Oak, because without it the Grass & Water Pokémon in Oaks garden were fighting. But other than that, do he use his old ones more?
Heracross, Bayleef, Totodile, Noctowl... And so on...

Ash's Charizard has returned to his team as of the most recent Black & White episode. Furthermore, most of Ash's old Pokemon returned to his team for the Sinnoh conference, with his Heracross notably getting a good deal of action.
In the show, he basically starts over whenever he travels to a new region. This is so that new Pokémon can be introduced as the season continues. So no, he does not continue using all the Pokémon that he has caught in the past.
I'm going to do something else. Ash uses pokemon still at Oak's Lab, as well as Squirtle, Charizard, and Gliscor. I hope that Goodra plays the role of Gliscor/Charizard/Squirtle instead of the role of Butterfree/Pidgeot/Lapras - meaning that it returns.
