Somewhere out there yes. An Earth-like planet would be extremely rare, but given how many planets there are in the universe, there would be many Earth-like planets in the universe.
we know 460 exoplanets, and none of them is similar to Earth. but that's because we don't have the technology to find such little planets so far. but if you look at all the stars in our galaxy (knowing that scientists think 20 to 50% of the stars have planets), and all the galaxies in the sky, you start feeling optimistic.
look at hubble ultra deep field, and see all these galaxies in such a small square of the sky...
