What you have to do is make sure you did not exceed your question limits and did not exceed your character limits of 140 characters for asking a question and 2,500 characters for details.
Also, check to see that you did not use the % symbol. This will also cause an error. Just spell out percentage and it will post
Did you use any % Signs on your Questions ? If so you have to Remove it and Spell it out Yahoo wont take Percent Signs Also make sure you dont Exceed the Character Limit if you see Numbers in Red then you need to Shorten it to get it to Post
