But once the dust clears, if he was banned for that long, he isn't comming back legally in ten years. If you really love him, you will go live with him in his home country. Love won't stop you. Otherwise, you are full of it.
Or, you could pay 4 grand to smuggle him back into the US. If he gets caught, he doesn't get the money back, or he can die in the desert. And if he makes it back in and gets caught, it is 5 years minimum in federal prison for aggravated reentry
Just face it, he will have to make life elsewhere, and maybe you can find a legal boyfriend. Stop being so desperate.
