Can taking an ice bath at 40 °F for 15 minutes kill you afterwards?
I had my legs and lower torso submerged a few hours ago and it got to the point where my legs were pretty numb. I didn t get hypothermia, but I m worried that my heart is gonna stop or something because of an irregular heartbeat induced by the cold.
