Sure, some people obviously have characteristics, mannerisms even physical traits of the opposite sex. I was at Lowes' last night and this big burly guy with short hair come up to tell some other people at the front how to fix something- and her name was Karen. Would not have known she was female (heavy) otherwise. And physical characteristics are not something people have any control over, so we see the slightly built, delicate complexion guy being treated like crap and called queer or gay when he may not be at all. Society has pushed for probably 2 thousand years for males to be expected to act and appear like every other male, and same with females. But often at a cost- usually mistreatment and shunning if they are different from the "norm".
Everyone has both. Can you imagine a ying without a yang, or vice versa? In women, the female characteristics are usually predominant, but that doesn't mean women have no masculine characteristics. The same is true for men and their traits. That's just the way things are (life is).
