If any of the felonies were either convictions or you plead guilty then you can not get in. Felons can not have guns so it would be pretty hard to be in the Army where everyone has to be able to shoot.
Assuming you are asking about current law in the U.S., any adult felony conviction disqualifies you. No waiver is possible because all military training involves some training with guns, but it is a felony for a convicted felon to possess a firearm.
