I am writing a paper for my course of economics and i would like to express the concept that the 90% of the revenues of company xyz come from 1 product. Thus, the company as an "undiversified" flow of revenues. Can i say that? I know that the use of the word is just in the fields of portfolio theory, but i wonder if it can be used also in other areas. Thks!

Call it "revenue concentration", or "lack of diversification in revenue", or "large exposure to a single product".
Probably yes.
