Can i put a NVIDIA® GeForce® 8400gs Graphics Card in a PC that's not running windows vista?
I was my old PC's graphics card. I recently got a new PC because the old one was flooded with viruses and the internet stopped working. The new PC is running windows 7 Home premium.
almost everything that worked with vista works with windows 7... although there was a big big change between windows xp and vista, most people will tell you that 7 is just a significantly improved relative of vista... i'd take it out of the old machine, put it in the new... if for some reason it doesn't work, it won't hurt anything anyway
they're the two sufficient for many video games. I even have Radeon HD 5450 1gb and run attitude video games like Civ 5 and place-enjoying video games like worldwide of Warcraft without issue. First person shooters is yet another tale.
Yes it supports.8400 GS is an outdated card.If you have not bought one yet then get Geforce GT 210,GT 520 or Ati radeon HD 6470.They are all of same price.
