Me and my fiancé have a 2 month old baby girl together, were thinking about getting married in October after her finishes his school for his specialty in the marines. He said if we got married I'd have to stay on base in the US with my baby. Is that true, or could he bring us with?

If he gets orders to Japan 99% first orders for Marines are unaccompanied 12-24 months. They do not have enough housing and the cost of living is high. Lately they have granted more accompanied orders but it is a long process and you have to go through a medical and dental screening before command sponsorship will be granted. If his training isn't finished until October what you should do is get married now then you will have a shorter wait time for it to be granted.
If he can't get accompanied orders then you are NOT required to live on base in the US in fact most places it is not an option at all because housing is assigned to personnel stationed there not others and there is usually a wait list. Instead you would live wherever and he would get BAH based on your residence.
Marriage THEN baby - hard to figure out?
Get married after he finishes and IF his assignment to Japan specifies either "Unaccompanied" or is a one-year tour you get to stay back in the States and MAYBE get base housing.
If he is going on a 2-year or more tour or the tour specifies "accompanied" then you may be able to go, but he's mighty junior to get an accompanied overseas tour.
It would depend on HIS orders to be honest, and some of them are unaccompanied, as he does NOT yet know where he will be stationed think he is blowing smoke to be honest.............
