Can gauged cartilage heal back ?
Haha well I gauge my septum (nose) and I was just wondering if it is to fall out would the cartilage close it's self or no the hole will be as big as a pencil

It depends how big your gauges are. If it's small it should heal up.
Now if you have a giant bull ring then it will heal up, but it won't completely heal, leaving a small hole perhaps.
