The Song is in Serbian, by a Group Garavi Sokak.
" Šta je za mene to " means "What's it to me?"
It's said in an ironic way, because he regrets his girlfriend leaving him, but wants to remain tough, and says "What's it to me?" implying that he never loved her anyway.
The song is in Slovak. :)
I'm not 100% sure what that phrase means, but it's something like 'The Name Of'.
