¿Can a person apply for a green card if he was taken in with no papers at the age of 2 ?
He was taken in the USA at the age of 2, and now hes back in Mexico . He never got into trouble with the cops.. He went to school and got good grades. Now he wants to go work in the u.s.a so he needs to apply for a green card.. Hes been in Tijuana already 2 years.. Remember he didnt know he was illegal .. So he wants to do it the right way. He didnt have self control of himself..

of course he can,,but how old is he now??? if his dad is american citizen he could get his green card in less than 4 mths or he can also apply for the dream act...its easier and faster,,,,, i came here when was 14 n im approved for the dream act....just waiting for my card :)
some time to wish of do it the right., it is not enough., the law doesn'n exuce., sorry ., he cann't have the green card.....suerte

The child entered illegal. Has NO rights at all to anything.
He was born in Mexico, he is a Mexican citizen
. Was not his fault his parents entered him illegal to USA, but still
he can not apply for anything, especially NO for a Green Card.
The only right way is: if someone offers him a Work Contract. or,
if he has a wife that is USA citizen and she submit the petition.
or if his parents, brothers or sister are citizens and submit the
petition to enter the USA. No other way.
It does not matter if he had no control of himself.
