Both my rear doors on my 1997 explorer won’t open at all, I have noticed others online having this problem only while opening from the inside or out but mine won’t open either way. The rear door handles have a lot of play in them and the interior handles act as if normal. When you try to open the door it just seems like the handles aren’t connected to anything. The previous owner told me that they just stopped working after having it for twelve years. Anyone out there know what must be done to fix this annoying problem
