Booked a flight with my wife both in my last name but she hasn’t gotten name change yet.?
She still has her maiden name, we are in the process of it being changed. For whatever reason if it doesn’t change in time would we be able to bring marriage certificate?

You need to book the flight in the name on her passport.
If she hasn't changed her passport, you need to get the airline to change the name on her ticket (and expect to pay a fee for this)
Yes, but once she has married you, that is her name, mrs whatever your name is.
