I'm 33 years old. Single And I keep hearing mixed reviews that we're not getting them and we are getting them and that they're being sent out this week or they're coming out at the end of this month which is it?

The answers can be found on www.irs.gov. Go to the source. Don't depend on what you "hear".
If you qualify, you're still getting them. But when depends on if you filed your 2018 tax returns for direct deposit (electronically) or for check (mail).
If you got your refund by direct deposit, the IRS will deposit your bridge money by direct deposit also and that should be within two weeks. But if you got your refund by check for 2018, the IRS will send you a check and that you should get by the end of the month or first of next month.
That's straight out of a POTUS conference where Mnuchin SECTREAS spoke to us on TV.
We're getting them, but due to the incompetence of the Trump administration, no one knows when.
We all got them already.
if i where you i'd call your self a corporation and declare an interest in hiring hotels and golf courses
