For one thing, not all natural substances are healthy.
CH2=CH2 is symmetrical and all the dipole moments cancel out to leave a net dipole moment of zero, hence, nonpolar.
CH3Cl is asymmetrical with the C-Cl bond more polar than the C-H bonds. This gives the molecule a net dipole moment, which makes it polar.
Any bond in which the two elements have different electronegativites will be polar to one degree or another. The greater the electronegativity difference the greater the dipole moment. Carbon-oxygen and carbon-nitrogen bonds are polar, while carbon-carbon bonds are nonpolar. It won't make any difference if the bond is a single, double or triple bond.
Arsnic is natural. If it was in something, it would not exactly be healthy.
CH2=CH2 is completely the same on both sides of the double bond (=). This is non-polar. In the CH3Cl you get an electron being pulled toward the Cl which the H opposite CL cannot compete with. There is an imbalance. It's polar. The statement can be made because Cl has a very high electronegativity.
B and D are non polar. Be comparrison, the others are polar. They have different electro negativities.
