Aidez-moi, s'il vous plaît?

I have an mega packet of worksheets to do for French III that's an intensive review of everything that we're goofing up on in our compositions, so some of the stuff isn't covered in our textbook because its from previous years.

I forget how to use adverbial pronouns (y, en) in negative, inverted questions and negative inverted questions.

Like: He needs it: Il en a besoin.

I can do that all day long. I can also negate it.

Il n'en a pas besoin.

But what I forgot is the construction for to pose that in an inverted question Does he need it? (like A-t-il besoin d'eau? where you will replace d'eau with en.

And then how would you negate the inverted construction. Why don't you need it?

Help please!

Je vous remercie!
