He is a better Dictator than Marcos because he does not have to declare Martial Law to get what he wants and that is to crash the Arroyos to pieces thereby, giving attention to them instead of his complete failure in improving the economy and provide jobs.

His hatred to the Arroyos originated from the Hacienda Luisita. It was under her term when their property was processed to be under the Agrarian Reform.

Like they said, they will not make an appeal to the supreme court decision but what I couldn't understand is Luisita Hacienda had sold a big portion of that land for the construction on highway. If someone gave a person a gift, would the giver demand something in return as payment? How about the billions of pesos they received in compensation of the purchased land for the highway?

I don't really believe in the wisdom of land reform. The concept is dated. Farmers now have more options than to farm. And those who have been proven to be capable farmers should be allowed to acquire more land and produce more efficiently.

But the immediate concern is not that. Its the integrity and independence of the judiciary. Its disturbing, but I would not mind seeing Corona go if there is actual evidence of impropriety presented. And not just rely on the fact that he decided 27-0 in favor of GMA. Had a SC in Marcos time ruled 27-0 against Marcos, would they have been labeled bias?

Another thing that disturbs me, is that Filipinos still do not look at the issues, or the establishment, and just looks at the personalities. PNoy won't always be President (or maybe he could be for 20 more years - ahem ahem) and Corona won't always be CJ. And even if assuming that Pnoy himself is trustworthy of absolute power, he is setting a precedent that would allow another President to do the same in the future.

I am not a defender of the Cojuangco family either their estate or their wealth. But to me it is quite clear that the farmers should pay the land that they will be parting from the Cojuangco, it is to me unfair for the Cojuangco after inheriting it from their previous ancestors that they just give it away just because the government say so. Only the equal part of money so that they can invest it or divert it to another business.

Kaya nga yuman sila because of their previous ancestors who bought and profit from their own ability from the beginning of time,naturally if you are them you are going to pass this legacy to your great great grand children as well so that they too will profit from it. Kung meron kang bahay at meron squatter sa likod mo in the long run they multiply to a hundred and have the guts to cover your own land and in the end occupy your own house, would you allow it? Naturally you will oppose or fight against it. Half of this argument is the same with the estate of the Cojuangco, just because the farmers have work in the land they have the right to own it?

P-noy has no more control over the Hacienda Cojuangco all of his own stock are already sold out. What more P-noy is running for? As Kris Aquino said they can live without the estate or the wealth of it, they live without their father when he was killed in 1983. Galit ang ilan sa mga mayayaman dahil hindi sila naging mayaman. I do not envy the rich, even if I'm not one of them. Because im not rich. They are protecting their own, if you are one of them I bet you will do the same thing like they do. On the issue about the court, P-noy is just clearing those people who alligned themselves to the former President Arroyo, the more they are out of the way, the more justice and equality will be smoothly felt by the people of the Philippines. It is not true or I personally do not believe that P-noy is packing the SC of his own backers to give him more leeway to put him above anything else. That is the mentality of a school boy from grade 3 or grade 5.
