Today I suddenly deleted all of my 25 GB folders and files that stored in my MacBook. Lost folders and files i interested in is documents (excels files, word files, mb some power point and pdf). Unfortunately i did not back it up around a year already.
I don’t know what to do. would appreciate any advice

No backups = no recovery, sorry. Lesson learned I guess....
Is there anything in your trash can? If not, then you're pretty much screwed.
Yeah you can try to use some sort of undelete software but for that to be really effective, you'll have to remove the hard drive from your Mac, stick it in one of those USB enclosures and mount it on a second Mac, and run the undelete software there. Even then there are not guarantees it will be able to recover everything, or anything at all.
