i believe the goal of the question is to understand the answerer, like asking if the glass is half full or half empty in a different way. :)

the problem is the "or" because if you compare them, that will make the strong man look relatively stronger *and* make the weak man look relatively weaker at the same time.

There are other Strengths

which do not show themselves until they are needed.

Size is not always an indicator of Physical Strength

and is it Physical Strength you are referring to?

You can take a slender built man, toned and muscles well defined and sit him next to a man who has Muscles 3 times his size and yet the slender man could be the stronger of the two.

Strength Muscles are much more of a slender muscle

Bulk Muscles are mainly for looks...

So, what will the strong man look like compared to the weak man?

It simply depends on perspective. If their strength is physically noticeable then the stronger guy will look stronger, and the weaker one will look weaker.

It may make the weak look weaker,

but "big things" do come in small packages.
