What is the coherence length of the radiation?
c is normally the speed of light. the C in CO2 is for carbon. i cant be more specific because im not really sure what you're asking.

the c is the speed of light. c = 2.99*10^8 m/s

Coherence length is (speed of light) / ((index of refraction)*(bandwidth)) = L
I would guess that c is the speed of light.
