18 U.S.C.§ 228(a)(3)).Jul 7, 2017 How do I dodge jail time?
I will not pay child support anymore. My son is 9. I stopped payments in January after on it for 7 years. I have been given some paperwork threatening some just to take my license away blah blah blah. Has anyone here just ignore this law and haven't been handcuffed and hauled away? Isn't CS corp all made up of bogus laws? I wasn't paying much $300 per month.

Some deadbeat parents get away with it by working in the underground economy and living cash only lives. You'll never get a passport or a tax refund of course. But a lot of people would rather live hand to mouth than to support the children they produced. This is usually misplaced anger at their former partners than a genuine desire to see their children suffer...but the result is the same nonetheless.
if you have a child, you are oigated to take care of it. not just whenever you feel like it, until it is 18.

You will end up with no license, and eventually in jail. Yes, they do that to people all the time. You also will always owe the money, whether you choose to pay it or not. They'll just find your job and garnish wages.
I've seen many people lose their driving privilege for refusing to pay. I've also arrested several on warrants for refusing to pay. Yes, they were handcuffed and hauled away.
