No its not a lot. The only thing i can suggest is trying to tone up. I am 57kg and 172cm and my doctor tells me im under my healthy weight range but i dont look skinny.

I get what your saying. But trying to lose more weight is only going to make you sick (trust me i tried it).

Please look into getting some help with your body image. No matter what you look like or how much you weigh, there is no reason to try to stay a size 00 and it could be incredibly dangerous to even try to do such a thing. Or it could take over your life and not ruin it necessarily but become a serious issue. Please talk to someone who knows about adolescence and eating disorders/body image because it is really important that you understand the implications of thinking it is the least bit important for you to stay a size 00. People grow and people change and they should change and you may not be a size 00 a year from now and that needs to be really okay with you for you to be healthy.

If you're a 00, you're probably TOO skinny. And since you're worried about losing more weight, I really recommend talking to a body image specialist or nutritionist as this is not a healthy attitude for such a slender girl to have. Love your body. Don't abuse it or try to make it look like something it's not.

I didn't even know that size existed. All that matters is if you are healthy. Do you have a lot of muscle? If you do then you are fine. Don't worry about your weight. You are fine the way you are. If you are truly worried, than you should talk to someone about the negative feelings you have towards your body.

Is 185lbs a lot for a 5'8" lady? I feel fat. If you are a size 00 you are not fat. You need some kind of counselling because your self image is not healthy.

i used to be like you but i realised it was totally not health and totallly not sexy so stick to a size 4 or 6 like me coz u don't feel fat and u look great and healthy

never do the dieting ,just make a fast in the week and not eat anything that day ,drink a lot of water that's it
