Square root as power is to the 1/2 power so ,make it log4 (8^1/2 ÷ 13)
Then use the properties log a^b = b log a, and log a÷b = log a - log b to get 1/2 log4 (8) - log4 (13)
unless the 13 is also inside the square root in which case you'd have an additional set of parentheses:
1/2 log4 (8/13) = 1/2 (log4(8) - log4(13))
