If I didn't have any internet - sure. But I wouldn't use Facebook, check email, etc. I would just surf the web and stuff.

Well, no. (in my experience) A lot of the people who setup those networks had no idea what they were doing when they did so. A lot of times they have no idea their network is unsecured. I used to help my neighborhood with computer/internet/software problems and a lot of them had no idea.

If you would not be happy to have someone stealing from you, do the decent thing and explain to them the importance of using secure wireless networks.
