I believe that the Endangerment Finding is more detrimental to the US than the Paris Accord was. For the sake of their businesses it should be dropped.
It is an EPA rule that was plucked from the air by the green lackeys in the EPA at the time to fulfill their political aspirations.
The judicial branch cannot force the executive branch to enforce standing law, or even act on previous court decisions. Obama was the poster child for selective enforcement. When he tried to make some illegal aliens legal by executive order, the courts ruled he did not have the authority. But he reassured the illegals they would still not be deported all the same.
It is up to the EPA to enforce vaguely written laws passed by congress. They have wide latitude to interpret and enforce the law. Just like the Obama administration.
No; in fact this is not a matter for the Judiciary. The technical community does not agree that Global Warming is man made and the data does not support that allegation either.
Since alarmists moved the question, I'll repost it.
Denis Avery has become a favorite columnist of mine in recent months. He provides a number that I asked recently, 0.02 Deg Cel increase in global temperature since 1998. I'm sure we can all agree that this sort of MASSIVE increase will cause catastrophic warming in about a million years if it continues.
He also echoed my dislike of the Red Team Blue Team strategy
