AFAIK Citroen doesn't export out of europe due to different regulations governing the vehicles over there, your best bet would be to try to get an importer to import and register a french citroen rather than a british one as the brits are RHD not LHD
Citroen (along with Renault, Fiat, Alfa, and MG) left the U.S. market in shame about 25-30 years ago. Their cars at the time were poorly made and exhibited terrible reliability. They have bad reputations in the U.S.
