About a month ago my results were given and they were 5.5a1c and a fasting of 85. I had another a1c two days ago and I was sick at the time with a cold when tested. I was also dehydrated as I consumed a lot of sodium the day before because I ate bad which included eating subway and other foods. Anyways I’ve been eating well and have had several cheat days throught the month. Maybe around 10 days of cheating. I’ve been hitting the gym and eating right and lost 20 pounds. Why did my a1c lower that fast, I thought it takes 90-120 days to lower a1c. My blood pressure was high when testing as well.

0.2 is not that much, and still falls within the degree of error that testing allows, so it is seen as no change really.
If you are NOT diabetic then why are you obsessing over whether or not you are or not, despite blood tests from doctors who have said you are not? You, yourself even just said you are not diabetic.
How do you know you were dehydrated? Just eating a meal high in sodium does not cause dehydration.
A1C takes THREE MONTHS to see a change.
ONE month is not enough time.
Its like any measurement - there's a certain amount of accuracy and error involved. The A1c has an accuracy of +/- 4.6%. if you multiply the percent error times your A1c result you get a variuation of +/- 0.25
0.046 x 5.5 = 0.25.
any result that differs by less than .0.25 is considred to be an insignificant difference.
