I’m 16 and I still haven’t had my first kiss. The most I’ve done with a girl is cuddle and play with her butt. We didn’t make out or anything because she was tired and fell asleep pretty quickly. Now she has a boyfriend so she’s crossed off the list. I used to go to regular high school but now I take all my classes online (my private school got too expensive and the public schools in my area were too ghetto and always had bomb threats). I’ve been homeschooled since December and a ton of my friends play fortnite so I never talk to them anymore because I hate that game and they never have me over because they always say they are “too busy” playing fortnite. I still hang out with a few of my other friends regularly on weekends. Adults tell me I’m good looking but that could be because every adult says that. They aren’t going to call a kid ugly. I’ve never really approached a girl before (Most of it is lack of self confidence because I don’t think I’m good looking enough). How do I change my personality?

I don't think you need to change your personality, you just need to change your situation. It's hard to meet people at home. Find something you can do to get out of the house. Parks and cities often have programs like sports, clubs, classes, volunteer work, etc. If you're religious, consider finding a youth group. Do whatever you need to do, to put yourself on track to getting a driver's license and a vehicle, or use public transportation, so you can go places and meet people. Maybe get a part-time job?
dedicate your time to school, girls you can look for one some other time. Downtown clubs, all it takes is an icebreaker, spark up a cheesy line or a normal convo. Finish school, college/university then look for a girl. You already got your education, just missing the girl. Or maybe you'll find the one in one of your classes.
