Why am I having a lot of Déjà vu lately?
When I have Déjà vu it is not that strong. But I do notice it when it occurs. Seems this year I have had a huge increase of Déjà vu. Why is that? I'm a lucid dreamer. Does that make it a more likely that I will have a lot of Déjà vu?

Actually, the longer you sleep and the deeper you sleep, your brain channels into Déjà vu and it's quite normal. It seems to me that you are having enough sleep, you don't even open your eyes during your sleep. So, it's normal.
Also, sometimes having a lot of sugar at least two hours away before bed or less, it can really triggers it more.
So, it's natural.
