Update:Isreal was one of the sons of Prophet Yunus. The Jews come from that line. So it is referring to them. It is not a country or land area but a tribe of sort.

Erm but can I ask you a question from here? What is "Israel" - like what countries were they? I don't understand when they use "Israel" for the name of places. Does it mean Egypt and Syria and the other middle eastern places?
