When you download a copy of your Facebook data…?
What is there inside? Do I get a copy of aaaaall my messages sent/received? And what about the comments/posts on my wall? Can I retrieve everything since when I signed up on fb?

Yes, you will get all the messages you have sent and received, and all your status and activities. But you won't get any posts that any one of your friend has made. You will get all your photos and albums, but not those in which you are tagged by your friends. And you will get names of all your friend, and notes too, and your likes, your info, pages you liked in all sections, your bio and quotes. Thats it all.

You will get your all data like photos, videos, notes. But not wall and messages you have sent.

that does not mean Msges, and walls ..... it just save your information what you entered to your Facebook ... it 's just help to restore if something wrong on fb ....
