I don't know if you can speak Arabic, so here is the translation:
O wives of the Prophet! Whoever of you commits an open illegal sexual intercourse, the torment for her will be doubled, and that is ever easy for Allah. And whosoever of you is obedient to Allah and His Messenger SAW , and does righteous good deeds, We shall give her, her reward twice over, and We have prepared for her Rizqan Karima (a noble provision Paradise). O wives of the Prophet! You are not like any other women. If you keep your duty (to Allah), then be not soft in speech, lest he in whose heart is a disease (of hypocrisy, or evil desire for adultery, etc.) should be moved with desire, but speak in an honorable manner. And stay in your houses, and do not display yourselves like that of the times of ignorance, and perform As-Salat (Iqamat as-Salat), and give Zakat and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah wishes only to remove Ar-Rijs (evil deeds and sins, etc.) from you, O members of the family (of the Prophet SAW), and to purify you with a thorough purification.
Now, let's examine these verses further. The claim is that this verse refers to Fatima, Ali, Hassan, and Husain. That means 1 woman, and 3 men. Verses 33:30 - 33:34 clearly shows it's reference to a group of women (not 1) and at least one male.
يانساء - Oh wives [33:30]
يانساء - Oh wives [33:32]
لستن - You are not (feminine, plural, subject: wives) [33:32]
اتقيتن - Keep your duty (feminine, plural, subject: wives) [33:32]
تخضعن - Be soft (feminine, plural, subject: wives) [33:32]
وقلن - And speak (feminine, plural, subject: wives) [33:32]
وقرن - And stay (feminine, plural, subject: wives) [33:33]
بيوتكن - Your home (feminine, plural, subject: wives) [33:33]
واقمن - And preform (feminine, plural, subject: wives) [33:33]
واتين - And give (feminine, plural, subject: wives) [33:33]
واطعن - And obey (feminine, plural, subject: wives) [33:33]
عنكم - From you (feminine + masculine, plural, subject: wives + at least one male) [33:33]
ويطهركم - And to purify you (feminine + masculine, plural, subject: wives + at least one male) [33:33]
واذكرن - And remember (feminine, plural) [33:34]
This proves that these verses are referring to a group of women (wives) and not Fatima (daughter), but all of the prophet's wives. When it came to the reference of Ahlul-bayt, it referred to a group of women and at least one man. When there are a group of women and men, the word will take the masculine form. However, it is clear that these verses referred to the wives of the prophet and the man/men in his family. Ahlul-Bayt means: People of the household. The prophet's wives according to these verses in the Quran, and considered part of Ahlul-Bayt.
Let's take the claim that the verses came in different times, now, let's only have a look at 33:33 and nothing else. All of the verbs used in this verse are referring to a group of women:
وقرن - And stay (feminine, plural, subject: wives) [33:33]
بيوتكن - Your home (feminine, plural, subject: wives) [33:33]
It was said, "O Allah's Apostle! We know how to greet you, but how to invoke Allah for you?" The Prophet said, "Say: O Allah! Send your blessings/greetings (Salawat) on Muhammad and his family, the same way as You sent Your blessings/greetings on Abraham's family. You are indeed worthy of all praise, full of glory.'"
Sahih al-Bukhari Hadith: 6.320
Narrated Abu Said al-Khudri:
We said, "O Allah's Apostle! (We know) this greeting (to you) but how shall we invoke Allah for you?" He said, "Say: O Allah! Send your greetings on Muhammad who is Your servant and Your Messenger, the same way as You sent Your greetings on Abraham's family. And send Your blessings on Muhammad and on Muhammad's family, the same way as You sent Your blessings on Abraham's family."
Sahih al-Bukhari Hadith: 6.321
when the Messenger of Allah gathered Ali, Fatimah, al-Hasan, al-Husain (peace be upon them all) under his cloak, he said:
"O Allah! Verily they are from me and I am from them. Thus place Your blessings and Your mercy and Your satisfaction on me and them."
and:
"O Allah! These are Aale-Muhammad (family of Muhammad). Thus place Your blessings and Your bounty upon the family of Muhammad, for, indeed You are the praiseworthy, the Glorious."
Sunni source:
al-Sawa'iq al-Muhriqah, by Ibn Hajar, Ch. 11, section 1, p225, quoted from Ahmad Ibn Hanbal
Also it is narrated that:
The Messenger of Allah (PBUH&HF) said: "If one prays, and in it he does not send blessings to me and my family, his prayer will not be accepted."

al-Darqunti, and al-Bayhaqi, as quoted in:

Narrated Yazid Ibn Hayyan:
We went to Zaid Ibn Arqam and said to him: You have found goodness (for you had the honor) to live in the company of the Prophet (PBUH&HF) and offered prayer behind him, and the rest of the Hadith is the same (as 3 traditions before) but the Prophet said: "Behold, for I am leaving amongst you two weighty things, one of them is the Book of Allah...", and in this (Hadith) these words are also found: We said: "Who are his Ahlul-Bayt (that the Prophet was referring to)? Are they his wives?" Thereupon Zaid said: "No, by Allah! A woman lives with a man (as his wife) for a while; he then divorces her and she goes back to her parents and her people. The Ahlul-Bayt of the Prophet are his lineage and his descendants (those who come from his blood) for whom the acceptance of charity (Sadaqah) is prohibited."

We need to look at the verse within it's context:
33:30
يانساء النبي من يات منكن بفاحشة مبينة يضاعف لها العذاب ضعفين وكان ذلك على الله يسيرا
33:31
ومن يقنت منكن لله ورسوله وتعمل صالحا نؤتها اجرها مرتين واعتدنا لها رزقا كريما
