You don't make sense. Endo is a menstrual symptom, you can definitely have a baby. Your menstrual cycle would simply stop as soon as you get pregnant.

Side note, having endo can cause infertility problems, if that's what you were asking, you have to check with the professionals/ob-gyn, they can tell you best.
