Freshen up..

A sprig of wintergreen seems to make things all nice and fresh, and makes for a nice bit of greenery to brighten up the ... umm.. exam...

I just shower before I go. Nothing different than any other day.

For the record.....a woman should not douche or have sex before she goes to the gyno. It can alter the results of her pap.
