What the next step if eBay buyer doesn’t responded to the case?
A person on eBay clicked ‘Buy It Now” on my auction, but they sent me a message requesting to cancel their transaction. I have already opened a case January 25 for the buyer to agree to cancel transaction, but the buyer has yet responded to the case.
Update:If the buyer does not respond to my case will I be refund the seller free for the item?
