I went to Kinko’s and had to get copies of my social security card, ID, and my paycheck stub and I couldn’t do it myself because I don’t know how to use the copier and at this Kinko’s, we aren’t allowed to self serve and I had to ask the person for copies and he kept staring at my confidential information and humming to himself: “HMM I KNOW THIS GUY! I HAVE HIS NAME AND SS CARD!” And I said to him: “Um excuse me, this is confidential. Please just make the copies and don’t look.” And he just said: “I am sir.” And I saw him make a copy for himself and he had a copy of my personal information! I didn’t want to say anything about it because I didn’t want to accuse him or make a scene.
So what should I do about this? He looks like a creep who will stalk me and use my confidential information for other purposes and I cant trust this guy at Kinko’s! What would you do?

I wouldn't have given a stalker creep my social security card in the first place.
I would arrange to speak to the manager. I would also keep open the option of possibly involving proper authorities and/or legal assistance in case of identity theft. Employers are required to perform background checks on all their employees; that said, they do hire former prisoners out of work release, and the creep you mentioned may very well just be a creep but he may also be an ex-con. Not to spook you or anything, but that information is supposed to be confidential.
If you need to do this in the future, and you can't get a copier for your own personal use at home, I would instead go to the public library where there is a Xerox machine as well. Ask the librarian or whoever is at the front desk to show you how to work the copier. I don't know much about Kinko's, but I have sometimes sent faxes at Staples, and their copy center is behind a desk, obviously for employee usage only. At least if you're at the library you can make the copies yourself.
Yes, interesting story. So you were worried about him taking your info, but just let him do it? No you didn't.
Be more careful next time.
